Little Journal for Big Feelings

Our original journal comes in five different cover designs. The journals include an All About Me page to fill in, as well as a Happy List to create and a Gratitude Scavenger Hunt. There are also pages with empowering quotes and affirmations. The main section of the journal is pages to complete at the end of the day. The pages are undated so you can use it as and when you like, with no pressure to complete a page every day. The first box says 'How did I feel today? - the aim of the journal is to encourage our children to think about how they have felt that day - usually many different emotions over the course of one day - we can then talk through these feelings with them and help them to accept and understand those emotions better.

The journal also has these prompts on each page:

Something I am grateful for

Something I am excited for

I am proud of myself for...

These prompts can be wonderful conversation starters with our children and also encourage them to practice gratitude, look forward to the future and to see themselves in a positive light.
